I’ve never been able to wear Vans, they just don’t work for my feet. However! I was so happy to find that they care Youth Sized socks which is a godsend. Regular adult socks don’t work for me and are too big, so I now have a great place (albeit limited selection) for youth sized socks. Happy!

Good store with plenty of space. You don’t feel cramped and claustrophobic. Service is lack luster to say the least. You ask for one size and they disappear before acknowledging what you actually wanted. Return with the wrong size. Ask again what you want, then say we might not have that size.
5 minutes later a young kid asked for a shoe he as holding in his hand in a size 6. The employee looked at him and walked to the back returning with an 8 and ½. When asked for the correct size the employee responded we don’t have that. Didn’t even check. Floor needs swept and mopped and there are no restrooms.

Horrible customer service.
Requested girls size white 7 vans — for a 13 year old girl — (1 other person in the store) he brought out men’s size 7 shoes and an empty box — and walked away — told him about the error — disappeared into the back — brought out a pair of blue shoes. He could have cared less about customer service. Complained to the young man at the register who claimed to be the manager 4:15 December 10 — he actually looked annoyed — and shrugged. We are going to purchase a competitors tennis shoes /​we won’t be back —

Nice clean store. Staff very willing to help. I mean, what else is there to say about a Vans shoe store other than they have clothing, hats, belts and a skateboard area to build your board.

I’m writing this to give a shout out to the salesperson Danny who helped me find my new favorite shoes. He was super knowledgeable and explained to me the different styles and the advantages of each. He provided great customer service and experience. My friend’s toddler forgot her teddy bear and all of a sudden, it appeared because he asked us where we were eating and when he realized we forgot it, he called the restaurant and brought it over. Keep up the great work!

Went there and the girl who helped me was so rude! She was like telling me to move because I was in her way when she was tryna get some shoes from the display for my lil sis. Nd then was tryna sell me shoes that were wayyy to small for me size 5.5 when when I’m a 6.5 size and I was like… Really… And left… Don’t recommend getting help unless u already know what u want and then quickly get it and pay!!!

Stopped in to look at shoes and their skateboard selection for my daughter. We ended buying a mini-​logo and had it built by Will. Awesome service and advice.
