History
Established in 2007.
Dr. Michael Kokat graduated from the University of Illinois in 1998 with a bachelor of science degree in organic chemistry as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Scholl College at the Chicago Medical School/Finch University of Health Sciences in 2003. He completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison VA in 2004.
