BMS Towing & Recovery

These people are some of the biggest scammers out there. If you have AAA or another roadside assistance service and break down in Burlington County, you’ll likely see a BMS tow truck pull up to «rescue» you… but during off-​hours (when dealerships aren’t open) they conveniently tell you they can tow you to their own auto repair facility at no additional charge (even though it’s MUCH further away in most cases) and you’ll be told «our labor/​repair rates are much cheaper than dealers.»
We fell for their scam and had our truck towed from Lumberton to BMS in Burlington. It took them 8 hours of labor to figure out what the problem was, we authorized the repair, but when we arrived to the shop to pick up our vehicle, conveniently the owner «forgot» to add a few things in & we were charged $ 110 more than quoted. And to make matters worse, the truck broke down from the SAME problem less than 6 weeks later.
