Do NOT get your vehicle serviced here!!! I went for an inspection sticker and failed due to an emissions issue. I was told it should be a simple fix with a new gas cap, resetting the «check engine» light and to come back in a few days. After the problem persisted several times, I was given a quote of $ 650 to replace the gas evaporation system. The bill ended up to be $ 1100 without being notified of the increase. After paying the $ 1100, the mechanic and «Shop Manager» informed me that I would still need to take the vehicle to the dealership because there was still an issue he couldn’t fix. After the dealership went through the replaced gas evaporation system, I was told the problem was a simple pinched vacuum tube that any qualified mechanic should have spotted and was probably the issue all along. No charge for parts at the dealership, only 3 hrs. of labor costing of $ 400. All totaled, this simple fix cost me $ 1500 that all could have been avoided if I hadn’t listened to the mechanic and went to the dealership instead. Avoid the incompetence here at all costs or it will cost you… a lot.
