Terrible customer service — woman (cheryl) that answered the phone was derisive and spoke of a ridiculous charge to come to our area for work, then hung up on me. Call someone else.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had!
Scheduled a gutter cleaning and took off work to make a scheduled 3:00 appt. They called and left a message saying they tried to come at 9:00, and could not find the house.
Talked to the worker at 2:30 when I was able to retrieve the message and they related the above, so I relayed that the appointment was at 3:00 as I could not accommodate earlier with my work schedule. They said OK, running late and would come between 4 – 6. No problem… then heard nothing. Called the main office and tried to speak to Cheryl with a response of «Well they called you.» When I tried to explain the events above she would not listen, began screaming at me, and when I asked to her to please try and calmly resolve this, she yelled even louder. Then suggested they had enough business and I should find someone else.
Yikes! So, sounds like they have enough business, and don’t need mine or yours either, would definitely avoid them and use someone else, really anyone else!

they did a great job, friendly and professional. they replaced 390 feet of old leaking gutter with seamless aluminum gutters and we couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship or the service.
