Christy and the people at Ethan Pointe are absolutely wonderful. I moved from Maine to North Carolina and they were the best group of individuals I’ve met in a long time. They are all so welcoming it feels like a home away from home. They have been helpful in every way possible. They have been quick to respond to anything and are always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are all top notch and respond quickly and professionally to any issues. Christy, Christine and Karen are all wonderful.
I love the facilities and it is a professional and beautiful complex. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Beware of this apartment community! They will tell you anything but the fine print says otherwise! They promised us our rent would be prorated when we turned in our 30 day notice and waited till After we wrote the check to change the amount we owed! Not good business at all!
