One of the better Godiva locations. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We come once a month or so for hot chocolate and a few pieces of chocolate.

Great and friendly service! Always loved their monthly free chocolate(they got rid of this recently :/). A regular of their godiva shakes yummm! And just tried their new godiva twist chocolate with chocolate dipped waffle cone — loved it! Also one of the few shops that regularly have samples to taste.

I go to Godiva for most holidays and special occasions in the Burlington Mall. I liked their service up til my last visit and it was very discouraging. I went with my fiancée one recent saturday. There was a girl dipping strawberries and a young male at the counter breaking down boxes. We waited for 5 minutes to be attended and let him finish what he was doing. He looked at us a couple of times, kept working and ignored us! As we were leaving a young fashionable girl came in and he attended to her right away. I dont think we will be visiting that store or perhaps any Godiva at all anymore.

As with all Godiva shops their products are wildly expensive, but stick around and you’ll get a free taste of one. Definitely go for the hot chocolate; at six bucks for a small it sounds like a ripoff but it’s fantastically rich. Good place if you want to stare at gorgeous goodies.
