I purchased a car from Hyundai City yesterday and would definitely recommend them! From the moment I initially spoke with Liz for pricing, to the time I spent with John for test drive and application, and the time I spent with Renee for finance paper work, the people could not have been nicer and the process smoother. They gave me a great price and their follow up and process was impeccable. There was never a high pressure atmosphere and no cheesy sales people trying to bait and switch! I have bought a lot of cars over the last 25 years, and I can say this was definitely one of the smoothest and best experiences for sure. Thanks!

I have had a series of great experiences at Hyundai City. Everyone at this dealership from sales to service is friendly and helpful. Although appointments are encouraged in the service department, I have walked in twice for oil changes. Each time the service staff happily accommodated me. My sales person Rob, not only made my purchase pleasant, but he continued to assist with my numerous blue link questions. To make things even better, they have a brand new showroom. I highly recommend Hyundai City for both buying a car and service.

I bought my Sonata used from a Chevrolet dealership in Philly. (Found it online). Brought it home to NJ and realized that I didn’t get a spare key. Of course they didn’t have it. So my 1^st experience with Hyundai City was for them to order me a new one. They had it ready when I arrived for my appointment and not only programmed in but also took care of a recall. Fast forward 6 months later and the car is making some kind of bad sound. Brought it in and Rocco took it for a drive. Told me it was the muffler and I also had an axle problem. Both under warranty! I made an appointment. He said to be prepared to be there for 2 ½ hours when I come. I got there, my car went up in the air right away. I sat in the waiting room, drank the coffee, (they make regular and strong) and used their WIFI. Rocco came by to give me a progress report. I was done in ²⁄₁₂ hours and everything was fixed (another small recall also taken care of) and I left a happy girl! Didn’t spend a cent, no hassle, nice people, good work). Hyundai City has been aces with me!

Terrible! I am in a key dilemma! I went there 4 years ago to get a key cut from my original-​was told upfront-​no guarantee and no refund-​well, surprise, key worked door, fit in ignition would not turn. OK. I fought, seriously cannot remember the outcome. Fast forward. The only original key I had was stolen last week, they cut key from VIN#, same deal, worked door, fit in ignition, would not turn… so here I sit, car go no where. I called Hyundai Corp. HQ. HQ after many hours of research says my key has a chip in it and I believe them! My original key had a black casing on it-​I don’t have fancy car, itza a lawnmower, ’99 Hyundai Accent BUT Hyundai City-​JOE the service mgr (he doesn’t deserve caps) insists he is right HQ wrong– that a flat key HY13 is the answer and Steve over at Burns Hyundai-​agrees with Joe-​WTF wrong with peeps? I think these boys in trouble. never asked to speak to case manager or ask for case # at Corporate-​ya can’t make this shit up. THUMBS DOWN! and ignorant on top of everything

Excellent services and quick response. Staff is technically experienced to advice what need to be serviced/​repaired what not. Felt great satisfaction getting my car serviced from this center. Thanks

Had a great experience this week buying a new car with Matthew Dasher’s help! The dealership was welcoming and all the employees were friendly — Matthew helped me find the exact car I wanted and worked alongside his manager Mike West and Cassie Kerwood in finance to get me a great deal. Would highly recommend this place to someone looking to make an easy deal without any hassling.

Overall, great car buying experience with minimal hassle. The salesman and sales manager I dealt with were both easy to work with and didn’t waste a bunch of my time. They did try to sneak in an extra $ 99 on the purchase price when it was time to sign paperwork. If I hadn’t have noticed the increased total, they clearly were not going to say anything. When I asked, they said it was for their «loyalty program» and quickly removed the charge. So, be wary of that, but I think all car dealerships try to sneak in little things like that, and other than that one thing, I felt like Hyundai City wasn’t BSing me as much as a typical dealership. In the end, I was able to get the car I wanted for a phenomenal price and leave as a very happy customer.
