Holistic Bodywork

Benefits of Holistic Bodywork include:

— Promotes profound relaxation, healing, and release

— Releases chronic pain and tension in muscles and tendons

–Realigns postural and structural imbalances

— Gently unwinds restrictions in the body’s soft tissue

— Releases emotional holding patterns

— Balances the central nervous system and surrounding fascia

In my bodywork practice, I combine Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Kripalu Bodywork, and Craniosacral Therapy into a massage that is therapeutically rigorous yet deeply relaxing. I also have an extensive background in Energy Medicine, and other subtle therapies which enhance the manual, physical work, allowing for deep and lasting change on a physical, mental, and emotional level. Each bodywork session is completely customized to your individual needs, and blends technique and intuition to offer a unique and enlivening experience.

History

Established in 2015.

I began practicing Massage and Bodywork in 2009.

Over the years, I have honed my skills at several different spas and clinics, as well as deepening my knowledge of deep tissue, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy techniques through continuing education. In venturing into the world of private practice, I hope to offer clients a highly therapeutic, rejuvenating and transformative experience.

My Training Background:

I started practicing the healing arts in 2008

I initially trained in Reiki to the master level with Lakota Shaman and Master Teacher Vittorio Perri. I later studied the Reconnection with Dr. Eric Pearl, and Craniosacral Therapy with Charles Gilliam, CST-D

Inspired by this work, I attended a 500 hour Massage Certification at Kripalu School of Massage, which I completed in 2009. From there, I went on to further study Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and other advanced bodywork techniques. Currrently, I have over 1000 hours of Professional training in Massage and Bodywork, and am deeply committed to continuing education.

I entered the field of life coaching in January 2013, and became certified as an Integral Professional Coach in November of 2014.
