History

Established in 1987.

Humble Beginnings

In the «good ol’ days» (1987), our 5-​person delivery team rode courier bikes. We didn’t stop at all traffic lights — we could cut through alleys, on sidewalks and through parks to get the delivery there fast.

Our package turn-​around was as our name implies… lightning-​quick! Our customers really liked us (in fact, many are still with us today). We were fast around town and we had low rates.

But, we soon realized that we had a problem with our model. We wanted to stay consistent with our strengths, while also growing and servicing new customers across Vermont — providing lightning-​fast service, low rates and dependability. We still believe that being fast and inexpensive are moot, if customers can’t depend on you.
