This place has just gone down the drain, the food Is just not as good as it used to be, when I called to tell the manager how I disliked the food he was extremely rude and said the food was fine because«he made it himself». Very disappointed at this establishment, would not and will not go again

Odd place. Ate there today only to have the manager yelling at an employee the whole time. Food is mediocre.

I’m okay with it here. The roast beef is good, the fries are fries. The onion rings are onion rings. It’s everything it is supposed to be. Not spectacular, but not horrible. It’s just what it is supposed to be. I will keep coming back!

This place is awesome! Got the pleasure to meet the owners of this place, the Papageorgiou’s. They’ve recently taken over this place, made renovations to the inside, and upgraded the food to the next level. I’ve grown up eating Philly cheesesteaks all my life so I decided to roll with their version on a pizza, and this thing does not disappoint! Next time I’m in Wilmington… I’m coming back for more.

WOW! The new owners have really cleaned up the restaurant itself and the food is as good as or better than any of the similar roast beef and pizza restaurants in the area. I’ve been going here after soccer games and have dined in 5 or 6 times in the last few months. The pizza is very good. The super beef on onion roll is my favorite and at Londi’s the Super Beef is HUGE and fantastic! I recommend it with sauce and cheese. They toast the bun on the grill and put the onions and pickles on the bottom which I thought was odd at first but the sandwich holds together so much better that way. The chicken wings are the large style wings and drumsticks that are actually satisfying and worth the work of eating them off the bone. My son ordered a chicken, broccoli and ziti and it was as good as any from an expensive Italian restaurant. He very rarely eats his leftovers and he ate every bite of this meal the next day. I’ve read some reviews about this place going downhill and getting kind of run down but the new owners have really turned it around and you can tell they really care about quality and service. I will be returning often.

I love this place. Over the years, their food has really improved. Their food is inexpensive and good. They offer a lot of good options that you won’t find at Pizza Mia/Piezano’s Pizza in Billerica(see my review of them). It is also in a convenient location in Plaza 62, alongside Rima’s Pantry(locally known as White Hen) and Dunkin’ Donuts.

This place must have changed owners. No AC, this place is as hot as the pizza ovens. Everything is broken no soap in the bathroom… tables with paper towels wedged under the legs. If they don’t take pride in there dinning area how much pride do they put Into the food.

If a no star rating were possible, that’s what this place would deserve. My boyfriend and I were trying to decide what to order for dinner tonight, when Unilocal pointed us in the direction of Londi’s Famous Roast Beef. Being right up the street, and offering a roast beef sandwich for him, and a chicken finger dinner for me, we both decided to give this place a shot. That was a big mistake. We placed the order by phone for delivery, and I paid with my credit card. They informed us it would be 45 minutes to an hour for the food. I thought it was a bit long for the order we had placed, but it wasn’t really a big deal. An hour goes by and still no sign of our delivery guy. My boyfriend called Londi’s to inquire about the order, and they told him«it’s on the way» without even pausing a moment to actually check. Again, we shrug out shoulders, but trust what they said. 20 minutes after that, we finally hear a car pull up in front of our apartment, and a few moments later we have our dinner in hand. Unfortunately it’s stone cold. At this point, I got on the phone with Londi’s because I was pretty upset. I can get having to wait for my meal, but if it’s gonna take you 80 minutes to make chicken fingers and a roast beef sandwich, I at least expect my meal to be hot. First, the man I spoke with tried to tell me I was essentially lying about the temperature of the food. Then, the manager offered a discount off my next order, but when I informed him I wanted a refund as I wouldn’t be ordering here again, he hung up on me. As someone who’s worked in customer service my whole life, that’s just not something you do when you run a business. When my boyfriend called back again, he managed to get the guy to agree to refund my money — with the stipulation being that he send his delivery driver to pick up our uneaten food. The nerve of even suggesting such a thing is beyond me. What kind of business is this man trying to run? It’s now been 15 minutes, and we’re still waiting around for this delivery driver. Needless to say, we will NOT be going here ever again.

Not sure if ownership or management has changed. But just awful… The wait for delivery is a joke and when the food does arrive. And you’re lucky enough to find everything correct. It’s still just not good food. Go elsewhere…

Maybe it’s just a hang-up of mine, but I just don’t like restaurants that don’t have public restrooms. I work out & about and prefer to wash up before eating, especially when I’m ordering a sandwich or finger food. So, I returned to my car for a quick Wet-Ones while my roast beef sandwich was being prepared. By the time I got back inside, my sandwich was on the counter and ready for me to pick up. The roast beef was tender, and there was certainly plenty of meat, but the flavor just wasn’t there. The sauce was pretty good, but nothing fantastic. The restaurant itself could use a good cleaning. I travel around the area a lot with my work, and am always in search of a good roast beef place for lunch. So far, Royal’s in Stoneham and East Boston gets the prize.

Their greek dressing is awesome. Thick and flavorful. The only reason for 4 stars is Monday’s seem like an off day for them. The past two times I have gone to the Burlington location on Monday, their ingredients don’t seem fresh. The salad that I got had a lot of browing lettuce in it, like they pre-made the salads over the weekend and let them sit. But other than that, this place is good to fat out on a roast beef sub, kabob salad, or whatever greasy food your heart desires.

Their calzones are the cheesiest and most scrumptious ones around. I haven’t had one for a year but now I want one…

I ordered a pizza last night by phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant exactly on time only to be told ‘in the oven’. Not a ‘hello’, nothing, just ‘in the oven’. When it was ready(close to 30 minutes), it was shoved at me in a box, no ‘thank you’, no ‘Thanks for coming’ no ‘Please come again’. Just the price. Horrible Customer Service When i got home, for the first time ever, I had to salt the pizza to give it some taste. I ride by this restaurant several times a day and will never go in again.

Shared the super beef(of course) and the buffalo salad. and both were surprisingly pretty good. The super beef had lotsa meat(who doesn’t love that?!) it was filled with all these goodness AND they were still able to make the bun crispy… it was perfect. The salad– you can eat it as a salad or stuff it in the pita bread that comes with your meal– was tasty as well.

First off I am roast beef lover. This place was kind of dirty. Guys in the kitchen looked like the shower was long optional. Food was OK. Had the SuperBeef. Just wasn’t as good as some of the other around Boston.

I probably should’ve tried their ‘famous’ roast beef but instead I went for pizza. How famous can roast beef be anyway and who’s Londi? Anyway, i walked in and had a nice cashier explain to me why it would cost more to have a half veggie and half pepperoni pizza than to get 2 pizzas. ??? I ended up ordering a large veggie pizza and a small pepperoni(How does that equal two halves? Shrugs). Waited for 20 minutes which seemed pretty long despite having a great conversation with someone who happened to be there. Finally got the pizzas, went home and found out she gave me a different pizza. It was far from a veggie pizza. It ended up being their version of Papa Gino’s The Works(i.e. it had plenty of meat). I can’t take off too many points for the wrong order because it still taste alright. I’ve been living in Burlington for 5 years and we’re moving tomorrow. We only live ½ mi from this place and I always wanted to try their pizza. Now I realize I didn’t miss much. Just your typical mom and pops pizza place, famous for their roast beef.

SUPERBEEF indeed. Excellent roast beef sandwiches here. The BBQ sauce is spicy but not hot… which is why I get the hots on it, too. Great combo there. The onion rolls are delicious. And they are absolutely sloppy. Eat the sandwich for lunch and the beef that fell off for dessert. The salads(particularly the chicken kabob and steak tip) are also very good. But that’s not why you’re here.

My favorite sandwich at the moment is the Super Beef. At $ 4.70 for the sandwich, $ 5.30 for the large sub, this is an incredible value, as well as being downright delicious. There is about a pound of beef in one of these sandwiches. It is damn near impossible to drive and eat one of these at the same time. My standard is to have it topped with mayo, cheese, salt and pepper. My second choice is sauce(the standard James River brand BBQ sauce used by most RB places) and cheese. Pizza is $ 1 a slice, and great, with an emphasis on cheese. The onion rings are thin and crispy, just how I like em. Kabob salads are another favorite, filling and complete with feta cheese and pita. One of my all time favorite places, and I am often there about 3 to 4 times a month.
