We are just a bunch of friendly, neighborhood geeks with a depth of computer know-​how. No giant out-​of-​town corporation. No fake badges. No gimmicks and no attitude. We understand the stress that can come when your home technology malfunctions and we are on-​call, with a smile and a solution.

When we first started Geek Housecalls in 2001, home tech for families meant computers and wired networks. For the 20,000 families we have served, there’s been an explosion in the number of devices consumers rely on for everyday life. Besides computers, home tech includes entertainment in the living room, home automation to control heat, light, & security, throughout the home and smartphones and tablets that do amazing things and go everywhere.

The 16 tech experts at Geek Housecalls can setup, repair, maintain or teach almost any technology. We offer 4 different ways to help: Housecall; Drop Off at our Burlington, MA Service Center; Remote Help; & Group Workshops at our Training Center. Because our staff is located throughout eastern MA, southern NH and RI, we cover a wide service area.

So while the technology we help with and how we can help has changed our original mission in 2001 – to relieve individual’s frustrations with technology is even more important today.
