Love this place, Flooring and cabinets and appliances are nice. Very Friendly staff. Never have had an issue with sound and I’m on the third floor. Excellent for pets as trails and bike path out back. Location is great love having Hannaford’s right out the door. Free laundry another plus. Plenty of parking.

Be careful !! The website would have you believe they are renting high end luxury rentals. The only thing high end is the rent!!! The fine maple seeming floors they mention are the cheapest imitation wood seeming flooring on the market. Lets face it nothing about IKEA is high end therefore the kitchen cabinets are nothing but cheap looking. Lets not forget about the lovely over head ceiling lighting can only compare to fluorescent lighting. be sure to have lots of lamps if you make the mistake of signing a lease. The sound barrier between your neighbors above are nonexistent… nor are they for the ones next door to you. The windows barely keep the wind out, non the less keep sound out. You’ll love the handy book they have put together, they will tell you where you should keep it what you should put in it and expect it back when you move out… its nothing more than a long list of rules made up by the anal retentive owner and his useless office staff.
