True Balance Day Spa

I needed a last minute pedicure to be done. I went to two places which were super crowded and one only one person was working at. I came here before and remembered I loved it. I walked in and it was super quiet around 6:30 on a Friday night! Service at the front desk was really friendly. I got the True Balance pedicure which was amazing.
Sam did my feet and was very nice. You can tell he works really hard and he loves what he does. I definitely recommend coming here. The place is super clean and big! They have massage chairs and the prices are not too expensive. They are very affordable. They give you water if you want a glass of water and they also let my fiancé sit in an empty chair next to me while he waited to get my feet done. They gave him magazines so he wouldn’t be bored and they made the both of us feel comfortable. At that time of night I loved being the only two people there, especially after a long day with working with children.;)

I just came back from True balance day for a natural, no polish manicure with Sam. Upon entering the spa, I noticed how clean it is. It’s very zen and uncluttered. It felt very peaceful. Granted I was one of 3 customers that day. Sam is not talkative but friendly and knows what he is doing. No nail abuse from this technician. He treated my nails with care and he listen to what i wanted. He didn’t cut my cuticles which tells me a lot about a manicurist. I got no cuts, nicks. I got a no frill manicure to remove a shellac polish I had. I’m very pleased with the manicure. I’ll try a pedi in two weeks, we’ll see if he is consistent. Oh, got 25%discount for being a new client. Nice. 4 stars due to the price. After 25%off, the mani still came to 26 $.

Best Brazilian wax ever!!! Sara is the best!!! :)) Definitely going back for maintenance!

Sara has been doing my brows for 5 years here and I will not let anyone else touch them. She is a true artist, and is very meticulous in her work.

I’ve been going to Sara for a few years now and after one bad eyebrow waxing experience a long time ago, I was afraid to ever let anyone near my brows again –but Sara has shown me the light. If there is any appointment I keep up with — it’s my eyebrows, I always feel amazing when she does them and we always have great conversation.

I had gotten a spray tan at another salon and it came out awful! This was 1 day before my bachelorette party. I had called True Balance in tears and they told me to come in right away. I went in and they explained what they could do and said with no fear, they could fix it. They were able to completely fix my body and make me look fabulous for my bachelorette party! I plan on going to them again for my wedding. Thank you!!!

I was devastated to learn that Sara had left her old salon out of fear that I’d have to use another aesthetician for my brows, but soon «found» her again and couldn’t be happier; she is truly talented (a waxing genius!) and never fails to make my brows look absolutely amazing. I get regular compliments on my brows from everyone — friends/​family, strangers, and even professional makeup artists. The new salon is gorgeous!

When I heard that Sara was moving to a new salon, I was just glad that it was close to the one she previously worked in.
What a surprise to see a REALLY beautiful spa! Sara has always done an amazing job on my brows and Sam has always provided a great pedicure. It seems that they both have a different comfort level now. So what have always been great services are now just absolutely sublime!
I also love the skin care line that they are carrying. I’ve been using the products for some time now and hated the thought of having to go to Wellesley or Boston to replenish my supply.
Parking is a breeze. The front desk staff is super friendly and you really feel like you’ve entered a friends home. You don’t get the «once over» when you walk in like many other spas/​salons.

I have been a skin care customer of Sara’s for five years… she is a waxing goddess! She has the perfect «eye» for eyebrows and every time I leave an appointment with her I feel like I just had a face lift… she’s that talented! I get compliments on my eye brows all the time! I’m glad that her new business is right down the street from where she used to work… True Balance Day Spa is beautiful and Sara’s new line of skin products that she is carrying is heavenly… I can’t wait to book my first facial there!
