History

Established in 1972.

After working in my fathers Masonry Business for 4 years, I started doing small side jobs on weekends & days when the weather was bad. I was doing all the interior work I could find and became very good at Finish Carpentry work, Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, Plaster & Sheetrock repairs & just about everything that had to do with Home remodeling.

Then in 1977 when I was 26 I built my own new home. Not long after that I was able to buy some small building lots In Lawrenceville NJ. & put up new Modular Ranch Style Homes. When they were all sold, I bought more lots that I could build 2 Story Homes on & they also got sold very quickly. I was also doing a new Home in Margate NJ. on the bay. That home sold & I now had a 2 Story Colonial Home I took in trade that rented & sold. I got started biding on HUD work in 1979 for Township of Hamilton NJ. & other Townships in my area. I have been a HUD approved Contractor ever since then & a Home Improvement Licensed Contractor.

Born in 1951& went to school in NJ. After High School I went to work with my father and oldest brother. Later on started my own Construction Co. Got married live with my wife Debbie.

Hobbies include: Restoring older Muscle Cars, Deep Sea Fishing & Skiing.
