Decided to serve those, who are into Healthy, Organic and Natural Super foods and encourage those who are not into it yet. Looking to extend full scale of Organic Market & Café soon. 513… Organic Coffee House…
This little lovely place is at right south of Minnesota River on 35 W south, SE corner of 5 and 13, in Burnsville.
Get it… the name.
The owner and barista at the same time, Ahmet prepares great drinks and very friendly.
I ordered the classic Turkish Coffee in a small espresso cup. It comes with the Turkish delight, Lokum. I did hear that they also call attractive women in Turkey, Lokum.
The powdered strong coffee was delicious, one of the best in Minnesota in my opinion.
The coffee was fresh and hot. That’s the way it supposed to be.
While I was sipping this magnificent delight, he gave me something else to taste.
First, I wasn’t sure if I drink it or not; just because of the green color. I know it wasn’t the St. Patrick’s Irish Day but I sipped a little and it was just fantastic.
Almond Milk, coconut oil, honey and Macaau??? Powder. Woooooowww.
The place is a little hard to get there. I mean, you see the 513 Coffee sign and location but the road is a little confusing.
The owner is thinking of adding extras in near future like some light food, wraps all healthy side.
I think this place has a bright future and with the help of good Minnesotans it will grow.
It is not a chain establishment!

No GMO here! This place replaced mud slingers coffee that only lasted a few months. So many failures at this location I’m hoping 5:13 breaks through the pattern.
They relocated the drive through to the other side, French doors installed and wide open having a welcoming feel, tables added out front.
I ordered the cold press with almond milk and vanilla while the bf got the iced mocha. They don’t carry soy milk but have coconut and almond plus the regular version. Came to be $ 6 and change.
Super friendly owner who gave us a sample of their house made chocolate which was delicious and Turkish delights.
Make sure to grab a punch card you’ll want to be back !
