Dulce Vita specializes in Hair & Beauty services, in addition to our Photography services. We provide services to Minneapolis/​St. Paul and La Crosse, WI. Our salon services are provided at Beau Monde Salon in Burnsville, MN, however we specialize in bringing our photography and/​or salon services to you. Whether it may be your wedding, prom, birthday, anniversary, senior pictures, or any other special occasion.

History

Established in 2002.

Dulcey Lawler, Owner, Stylist, and Photographer, fell in love with the Hair and Beauty industry over 20 years ago. Her 20 plus years of experience and committment to continued education make her one of the most knowlegeable and skilled stylists in the industry. Dulcey moved up to the Twin Cities shortly after completing her training and it did not take long for her skills to be noticed. On June 13^th, 1998 David Weinlick held a competition at the Mall of America to find his wife. When it came time to look for a stylist for David’s soon to be bride, they did not look any further than Dulcey and her work was featured on the «Today Show».

Dulcey is also a very talented photographer. What started as a hobby over five years ago has evolved into a very successful photography business over the past few years.

Dulcey has won several awards during her time with Regis that took her several places throughout the U.S. including New York, NY for futher training on the latest trends and styles. Dulcey wanted to offer her services on-​site as well as in a salon and after several years of success with Regis she decided to start Dulce Vita Hair & Beauty.

Dulcey continues to take classes throughout the U.S. Her most recent classes have been the Prive Academy in Hollywood, CA (Advandced Hair Cutting & Color Techniques) and the Dermalogica Academy in Chicago, IL (European Facials, Advanced Skin Care & Treatments).
