I have extensive knowledge of the Twin Cities metropolitan real estate market. I have hundreds of hours of experience using residential and commercial property research tools. This has proven to be very useful and value add to all of my clients when putting together offers to purchase or executing a sales strategy. I specialize in first-​time buyers, second tier moves, relocations, foreclosures, short sales, and new construction. I am a native Twin Cities resident currently with my home office in Lakeville. Established in 2004.

I have been a licensed Realtor® in the Twin Cities metro for over 8 years. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-​Madison in Economics. In 2008, I also completed all of my coursework to do appraisal work and was a commercial appraiser for two years. All of this education places me ahead of the crowd in completing successful negotiations, implementing aggressive sales strategies, and bringing deals together. I am licensed agent in both MN and WI.

People come to me as a client but always leave feeling like a friend. I have been active as a full time licensed Realtor® in the Twin Cities metro and western WI since 2004. Through that experience and as a proud UW-​Madison graduate (1999) with a B.S. degree in Economics, I have acquired extensive market knowledge on the local housing outlook, real estate trends, and negotiating skills. As a complement to my college degree and real estate education I also worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for 2 years. All of my clients can rest assured that I am educated on every facet throughout their real estate transaction. I will always place my client’s needs and goals ahead of all other parties to the transaction and negotiate them the best terms possible. Having been born and raised in the Twin Cities, and currently residing in the thriving suburb of Lakeville, I truly believe this is an outstanding area to raise a family, develop a career, or simply enjoy life!
