This company provides HORRIBLE customer support.
I was struggling with the program PhILS 3.0, so I called them to get some support.
A lady named DJ spent at least 6 – 7 minutes trying to find my email in the system. I told her that PhILS 3.0 that I am using is covered by my college tuitions (so I did not register for the program on my own).
After wasting 6 – 7 minutes, she told me to give her my school web portal username and password (that way, she could log into my class webpage and get into PhILS 3.0). And of course I told her NO! What a creep.
She continued to struggle and bring up the fact that she could not find my email in the system (it was ridiculous).
Then I lost the patience, and I asked her if she could just log into the program itself.
Guess what she said? She said that she could log into the program on her own. Are you kidding me? Well then, why did you even ask for my school web portal username and password? Just to creep me out? Seriously?
After she logged into the system, she’s clueless. She told me that she’s never used this program before.
It’s BEYOND absurd. And this company expects her to give students support?
What a nightmare.
