AMS came out to our condo to unclog our backed up kitchen sink. Two weeks later the same problem came back again. The Warranty section in their Terms and Conditions clearly states that they guarantee service work for 90 days. When I called them again to come out and inspect at no charge, the Service Manager Dennis said they wouldn’t come out at no charge and that the warranty did not apply. I only give my business to companies that back up their work! Stay away!
