Schneider’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

The gentleman that came to my in laws was more than 1 hour and we live 10 minutes from the location. We were told it just ‘says one hour’, which makes no sense. It started with a small part needing replaced, then a crack in the furnace causing carbon man oxide readings. Carbon monoxide was not possible, as we have we have a reader right beside the furnace, when we asked to see the crack, they were unable to show use Instead of fixing the issue, we were told we may need a new furnace. We do not need a new furnace. Such a rip off. They were asked to leave. When I called another service provider to come service it, they said that someone else told them the same story!!! It may be the one service agent, but apparently they pull this frequently.
