Property & Building Services Inc has been a Real-​Estate Inspection business for 12 years and have I been in the Home Inspection Biz 13yrs, I have completed over 11,000 inspections. Although there are many inspectors out there, few have my background and experience. Hello, I am Steve Gfrerer. I have been in the Real-​Estate Inspection business for 13 years and have completed over 10,000 inspections. Although there are many inspectors out there, few have my background and experience. I truly believe it is necessary for the Agent and Inspector relationship to be close so we can provide the best services for the buyer/​seller during the home/​property buying process. I enjoy working with agents and their clients to make the home purchase more comfortable and give a better understanding of the property. I provide clients and agents with knowledge on the home/​property by taking time beyond just pointing things out.
