I know what it’s like to struggle with food and weight. I’ve been in your shoes and I know a way out. Your body is ready to tell you what and how much to eat, you just have to learn to listen!
I graduated with my BS in Family Consumer Sciences in 2006. Upon graduation, I completed my dietetic internship at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and today I manage their weight-loss program for veterans as well as working in my private practice in Calabasas.
My goal in working with clients is to help them re-learn what it means to be an Intuitive Eater. I work with individuals to help them understand why they choose the food they do. This means working together to understand your relationship with food and to focus on health and not just weight loss.
