FYI this is a fake address and not in Calabasas it is in Woodland Hills. I went to this address to buy flowers and IT IS NOT LOCATED IN CALABASAS… AT ALL!

Tried to make a phone order for a corsage for same day. They were not able to which was fine however the way the owner and the person who answered the phone handled it were flat our rude. Originally they were taking my order then recanted mid conversation saying no they couldn’t in a very rude demeanor ending it with saying, «we are too busy». If they would have let me finish speaking before saying no, I would have said I could pick it up the following day, if possible. Horrible costumer services. Clearly they don’t work well under pressure.

Just placed my first order and they is working on beautiful Birthday bouquet for my boss for delivery on Monday 8÷24÷2015. He was very helpful and friendly via phone. I will post a picture of the bouquet and give updated review next week. Thank you so much for your assistance!

This place has moved twice and is still listed in their two previous locations. I called and placed an order 4 days before mothers day to make sure I could get the type of arrangement I wanted. My wife loves peonies and I really wanted a large arrangement of them. I told him I could pick up between 2 – 4 on the Sarurday before and he took my credit card info over the phone. Unfortunately he (the owner of the business) wrote the wrong date on the order even though it should have been obvious that with mothers day coming up why would I ask for flowers that afternoon. Then he offered to have them ready in an hour, which didn’t work as by the time I actually found the place it was 5:30 and I had to leave town. He then whipped together an arrangement that had one peonie flower. The whole reason I ordered was to get this specific flower and he had run out. How was he going to make the arrangement on Sunday anyway. He gave me an attitude about having to Di this when he was so busy. Terrible service and a shitty attitude you’ll get at this hard to find dump.
