Acres West equestrian center is one of the most reputable barns on the west coast producing some off best young riders in the country. Offering training and boarding to A and B level riders looking to grow their skills. Acres West also offers a riding school for children and adults. Owned and operated by professional rider and equestrian Leslie Steele. located just minutes off the 101 freeway in the quite community of Calabasas.

Business Owner

Leslie Steele has won championships in nearly all of the most prestigious horse shows in the country. She is a regular competitor in the Gran Prix circuit where she has numerous wins and top 10 finishes. She is also a top trainer and owns and operates Acres West Equestrian Center. Leslie’s ability to develop her students from beginning division shows, through young rider, all the way to the Gran Prix level is well known throughout the horse community. When she’s not working you will often find Leslie playing with the many critters: pigs, dogs, rabbits, birds, goats that find there way to Acres West.
