This location was purchased in January 2011 by Adam Smith, a twenty one year old entrepreneur. Adam was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and had always dreamed of owning his own business.

Adam worked at a Golden Spoon in Stevenson Ranch, CA for almost five years. He started out as a regular employee and worked his way up to Store Manager after about a year. With dreams of being a store owner, but not exactly knowing what type of business venture he was looking for… an opportunity to purchase a pre-​existing Golden Spoon presented itself in late 2010; Adam couldn’t turn it down. With a lot of hard work, perseverance, a little struggle, and a lot of will power Adam was able to pull it off and was named youngest business owner in Calabasas, CA.

Needless to say, it has been a HUGE change in Adam’s life. It wasn’t exactly easy adjusting from a normal twenty one year old life to being a business owner, but he wouldn’t exchange this opportunity for the world. He loves w
