Wayne Fletcher, owner of Optx, has been an optician for 30 years. Optx has eyeglasses, prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, fashion sunglasses and fashion brand eyewear such as Tom Ford, Maui Jim, Lindberg, Alain Mikli, Porsche, Salt, Persol, and of course, more brands. Wayne recently designed and created his own brand of eyeglasses branded as ‘Optx by Wayne Fletcher’.

Wayne can fill your ophthalmic prescription quickly as Optx has an optical lab and equipment for on-​site prescription eyewear dispensing.

Wayne has the experience and extensive knowledge; whether the many types of frames, lens options and specialty lenses or helping each client choose the ‘right’ eyewear.

Established in 2008.

Wayne Fletcher has been an Optician for just over 30 years. In 2007, he decided to jump in with both feet and work for himself! Optx & Optx Fine Eyewear began operations as a fashion eyewear and Optical retail store.

Wayne became an Optician at the age of 20. He has worked in a variety of locations including Beverly Hills, Washington DC, Newport beach, Studio City, Encino, and now Calabasas. He as always had a keen eye for the right ‘look’ for his clients. Wayne still prefers to do as much prescription work on-​premises. Designing quality eyewear is one thing; Wayne has the ability to find the ‘right’ eyewear for each client.

Wayne’s resume includes frame design for a well-​known fashion brand and all lens edging & fabrication work is crafted by Wayne on-​site. Wayne brings a wealth of cutting-​edge knowledge, artistry and talent to his Optical lab having cut and created eyewear for the most discerning and demanding engineers and professionals.
