Decent experience… Could have been better, could have been worse. Took a long time to get my settlement but that is understandable. If there is one thing I could recommend… is for the receptionist at the time… to actually leave a message for a return call back. I kept calling and she said she would forward the message but that turned out to not be correct.

Useless lawfirm. Sent our business a summons. Some other business with same name, Looked at the address. Wasnt even our address. Called them SEVERAL times in one week to clarify if actually us being sued or other business being sued. Don’t know if people don’t know how to leave a message, return a message, or if they don’t care. If they don’t care like that how you Gonna trust them to handle YOUR business? Took me 9 days and 7 calls before I got any clarification. Brought up how frustrating the experience was and the persons response was «…Ok». received no apologies. RUDE.
