It’s the height of the holiday shipping season and these guys are swamped… despite that they went above and beyond to not only help with superior service, they were the ultimate good neighbor. Today I went in to get a couple of documents notarized… and one needed my wife’s signature as well. She was unable to come in to the store due to an injury and Joe took the time to ride with me back to my house to perform a mobile notary service that should have cost me at least $ 50 more… and he wouldn’t accept a penny extra as a thank you. If I could give them 10 stars I would. What nice people… and they are that way every time we go in their store. If you need help with shipping, a PO Box or copies… these are the best people.

In a hurry to head to my interview this mooring I forgot my printed resume on my desk. Luckily I was able to stop here on my way to the interview and was promptly assisted. When I asked my total I was told it’s all for good Karma! I will remember that and be sure to come here next time I need copies as this location deserves the business it receives! thank you!

If you need a mail box this is the place to go. They guys that work there go out of their way to know and remember each customer by name; greeting you and collecting your packages prior to getting to the counter. They offer so many services it truly is like having a office support system in place when I am not in the office. I can’t say enough good things about the service and attention to detail the guys offer. It is so reassuring that they hold everything for me when I leave town for extended periods and text me every time I receive a parcel. I wish all Buisness could be as enjoyable and service friendly as this one, truly outstanding operation.

Top notch service, David and staff packaged a large painting for me (40″ x 52″) shipped it to Boston, and kept me in the loop during the whole process. The item was difficult to package due to its size, but they did a great job and it arrived in perfect condition. Shipping/​packaging/​insurance rate was quite reasonable. I should note this was all done remotely, I called these guys from Boston and arranged for someone to drop the large artwork off at their store. They took care of everything from there, assessed it for any defects, sent me photos, called me to have me approve of small nick’s/blemishes prior to shipping, packaged it, and got it to me within a few days. Thanks a lot guys, look forward to working with you in the future.

Went here for their notary services… First time notary not in, said come back Thursday at 10am… Get there at 10:30am and notary not in until 12pm. I don’t have time to coordinate multiple trips to the UPS store. They tell me I should call first, but THEY told me to come back at 10am Thursday. Also, nowhere on their site or in store does it say specific limited timing for notary. A little red sign on door says service available or not… With all the notaries available in the area, even mobile, I will not be returning to this store

2nd time trying to ship something here. 1st time they wanted 200.00 to ship a duffle bag to east coast, went to fed ex and it was 60.00. then yesterday… needed to ship a subwoofer back to mfgr. this item cost me 23.66 to have shipped to me. these people wanted 49.00 to ship back !!! again. went to fed ex and it was 37.00. they must have a 40% add on to actual shipping charges.

This store is a little disheveled, but it is convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. All the normal UPS store stuff, except they aren’t able to do passport photos. Otherwise, nice to have them in the neighborhood…

While I appreciate the quick service, I was charged $ 27 to ship something for $ 10, so clearly I was ripped off. When my friend received the package she asked why it cost me so much when it says $ 10 on the envelope! (I had to ask her to send me more money to cover the shipping)
I said I wanted it shipped the most reasonable way possible… I doubt it was $ 17 for the post office padded envelope.
I won’t be shipping anything here any longer!

I’m writing a review for a UPS store? Why yes, yes I am.
Usually shipping something can be a total drag. You know how you always find yourself needing to ship something and you’re like UGH I DONT WANNA GO, I DON’T WANNA! And you say that because the service is always terrible, prices to ship are always too high and the lines are too long… Well, aside from the prices being too high here (which that’s just me being cheap!), the UPS store has zero wait time and really good customer service. It’s really weird to walk into a UPS store and be greeted by everyone there, but not only that, these people were like HAPPY ON THE JOB with HAPPY greetings. So, thanks UPS guys, you guys take the sting out of being forced to run an errand I hate doing.
