I came here because they were listed as an Oakley prescription location and they are local. I had never been here before but Diane helped me with a custom order. Not only was she kind and knowledgeable but she was very thorough. We got my order placed on a Monday and much to my pleasant surprise my glasses arrived on Thursday! Lightning fast turnaround and excellent service. I was there specifically for these frames for sports but I am very much a collector of designer optical and sunglass frames so I decided to look around the shop. They have an excellent selection of glasses from some of the best designers. If you’re looking for a great optical boutique in the valley look no further!

Dr. N was wonderful & accommodating! Elise was great in her help with picking out the perfect glasses from my husband, who needs larger frames. We will deathly be back, for both the customer service and styles and glasses! Thank you for the fast and helpful service!

Terrific customer service. They aren’t LensCrafters and don’t try to be. If you want a full-​service, fairly-​priced place for your eye care needs, Wink is wonderful.

Great optometrists. Great selection of frames. I have a difficult astigmatism but they do the best job getting me the right prescription. Lens Crafters is cheaper but could never get it right. I love this place. Worth every penny.

Very happy with this place. My wife and I have been going here for the past three years not only because our long time Dr., Dr. Alpert is one of the three doctors, but also because they have a great selection of eye wear and the opticians are excellent especially Dianne who is our favorite.
Our last eye exam was in June and I selected a pair of Oliver Peoples frames. After it was done, I wore it for a day and realized that they were uncomfortable and did not like them at all. I was sweating it thinking that I was stuck with these glasses for another two years before our insurance, VSP, would kick in again for new frames. I reached out to Dianne who was nice enough to take them back and help me with another frame that I very much like.
Try this at some other place if it ever happened to you. Good luck. My wife and I very much like Wink.

Diane is wonderful! Lost my glasses and she recommended I call AMEX and make a claim and POOF! I got a credit within a week! They are just the best!

The best service. Much cheaper than many of the other optometry offices I have visited. Great selection of frames with one of the best Doctors (Dr. Nersisyan). You get top notch service for only a small price tag. This place is truly a gem.

Dr Garineh Nersisyan is awesome! She is very friendly, knowledgable and makes everything very understandable. The front office staff in very helpful, patient and friendly as well. You won’t regret making Dr Garineh Nersisyan your regular Optometrist!

I have been a customer of Wink Optometry since 2010 when I walked in to see their selection of frames. AT the time I was looking for «Sarah Palin» glasses — and ended up with a similar pair from a sturdier line. The selection of frames is outstanding and they take MOST insurance, but not all. For the past two years I had Humana insurance, which they don’t take — so I had to go for eyesore somewhere else, which I did not like. As the healthcare decision maker at my company, I made CERTAIN that we changed our eye care insurance to a carrier that Wink recognized… and voila, I was back at Wink this past Friday for a check up and new glasses. As always, Dr. Nersisyan was thorough, helpful and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Diane helped me select the perfect pair of glasses and spent a lot of time with me making sure we found the right pair. I HIGHLY recommend Wink optometry… you won’t be sorry.

Dr Nersisyan is great. She is super straight up and had an honest and knowledgable answer to all my questions. Glad I came here and would definitely recommend her for an eye exam. With my crapy work schedule it’s convenient that they are open on the weekends.

This is my first time looking for prescription glasses…
The woman was so attentive and patient.
She helped my boyfriend and I pick a pair of glasses each — which took about an hour. She had us try and compare similar styles and colors and was enthusiastic about the whole thing. She even placed us in different light and walked us outside of the store with a mirror, so we could form an opinion about how they look in the natural daylight.
She treated our experience as if it were Her experience and customer service like that, should never go unrecognized!
She informed us that she would do her best to get us our glasses in one week and they did. I’m excited to go pick them up in a few minutes!
This place is clean, organized and carries lots of great choices from all kinds of designers.
The customer service is impeccable and I will always consider coming here first.

Very happy with Dr. Nersisyan. I had a great visit with her. I asked to squeeze my son in during a Saturday morning appointment and they were happily able to accommodate. They were very patient with him while he was trying to figure out how to put the contact lenses in. All in all it has been a few great visits.

update: I see Dr Nersisyan now and she’s lovely, warm and has finally found the right Rx eye drops for my severely allergic eyes! plus I got a great new pair of glasses that help me see! I like the personal help in choosing the frames bc it’s impossible for me to do without help!

I’ve been a client/​patient for several years now and have recommended the doctors to both my friends and family. The staff is super friendly and I feel as though I get «small-​town» service with big city amenities. The selection of frames is always changing and on-​trend. If you’re looking for an eye doctor in he area, or just a cool new pair of specs — this is the place!

Dr. Nersisyan was great. Very sweet and very professional. Answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The office is very nicely decorated and they have a good selection of frames. I was worried because it’s in the mall and it sounded like a franchise optometry store (it might be I have no idea) but they were very kind and professional. I am incapable of making any decisions when it comes to my frames and they very kindly helped me for what must have felt like hours, letting me try on every pair in the store. I ended up spending more money than I anticipated but it had largely to do with the fact that I am blind as a bat and needed super premium ultra thin lenses and some special coating. I would definitely recommend this place and Dr. Nersisyan.

They were great. I made my appointment in advance and they took me right away. The doctor was very professional and every one was extremely friedly. They also helped me find a great pair of glasses in my price range that were really similar to the expensive pair that I liked.
All in all I had a great experience.

I stopped by Wink while on a quest to find the «perfect» pair of frames. I’d already been to a few optometry shops throughout the southland and was coming up empty.
I must say that, although I didn’t end up buying my frames here, the selection was good, the salesperson was super knowledgeable and I never felt like any sort of snob factor that I thought might happen in a shop like this.
Wink carries top designer brands I just couldn’t seem to find frames that fit a smaller, more petite face. Big frames seem to be in vogue at the moment.
One touch that I really, really appreciated was that the saleswoman was kind enough to take several photos of me with the frames on so I could run them by my friends and family. She was also clever enough to recommend that we take the photos in order and then photograph all of the frames separately, also in a line to match the photo order, so I could keep track of them all.
Now that’s «above and beyond.» That’s 5-​star customer service. Thank you Wink, sorry I didn’t actually purchase.

Horrible customer service by Alis, the optician. She is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, uneducated about eye-​wear, pushy, misleading, and fails to provide important information.
The facts are as follows:
While I was looking at Maui Jim’s sunglasses for myself (I am a woman), she came over to me and recommended a pair of aviator sunglasses made by Oliver Peoples, which I eventually bought.
Sometime after my purchase, I looked at the Oliver Peoples website and found out that the sunglasses I bought are for men, not for women, because they were categorized under the men’s section of the website and not the women’s section.
When I confronted Alis about the fact that she sold me a pair of men’s sunglasses (I provided her with the specific site showing that the sunglasses fell under the men’s category) and that she failed to tell me that these are men’s sunglasses, instead of apologizing for her «mistake» or error, she became defensive and combative by: (1) insisting that the sunglasses I bought are unisex (in contradiction to what Oliver Peoples states); and (2) I was not forced to buy these sunglasses (needless to say).
I told her that I would have appreciated an apology for this mistake or human error, which I understand happens at times, but she continued to insist that she did not make a mistake and that the sunglasses I bought are for both men and women. Not only after I demanded an apology did she say, «I apologize» without looking me in the eyes, with a smirk on her face, and shrugged her shoulders.
As I continued to have this discussion with Alis in the store and while I was talking, she decided to help someone else in the store and ignored me as I was talking to her mid-​sentence.
I would not have written this Unilocal article if she acted professionally and apologized, but her actions after the mistake was brought to her attention is unacceptable. I am pleased with the optometrists here, but because of my experience with this optician, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I took my son there and he was seen by Dr. Nersisyan.
He got glasses! I’m glad they accept our insurance. they have a good variety of eyeglasses and sunglasses… prices could be a little more reasonable.
The staff is friendly and the store is beautiful.

I was so pleased with the excellent service I received from Dr. Nersisyan and her wonderful staff. I am a contact lens wearer, with astigmatisms in both eyes, and have had trouble in the past finding comfortable lenses. Dr. Nersisyan is kind, listens, and found me a pair of lenses I can FINALLY wear all day without discomfort!
I previously went to Lenscrafters (under my former insurance plan) and noticed a HUGE difference in the customer service & satisfaction, compared to Wink Optometry. Dr. Nersisyan’s receptionist Diane helped me find an adorable — yet affordable — pair of glasses (Coach nonetheless) to economically accompany my contact lenses. Thanks Diane!
I’d highly recommend Wink Optometry to anyone in the area looking for a quick and hassle-​free environment with fabulous customer service. You’d expect high prices for Calabasas — but I was extremely suprised (and happy) by the very reasonable prices for both contact lenses and glasses.
