I have been using this location for 7 years now. I used to love it, and MOST of the doctors. However now I love the three main doctors my children see (Dr. D, Dr. A and a female whose newer) but the staff has recently left a foul taste in my mouth. I took my daughter in for a checkup after veins admitted in the ER overnight and realized as I was there that she missed her 12 month shots. After her appointment I go to check out and schedule ONLY her 12 month shots. The receptionist states she needed her 18 month shots as well, so we should just catch her completely up. This isn’t healthy so I firmly told her no. She rolled her eyes and said, «k.» Well, today is her appointment to get the 12 month shots and she woke up with a nasty cold. I called to reschedule, just to hear, «well she is behind and isn’t running a fever. She should be ok.» Should be? I am not some new mom who listens to everyone else’s advice and demands. I think it’s time to switch…
