Hawaii Nails and Spa

This is the first nail shop I’ve been to that ends your manicure (which incidentally is the best gels I’ve had) with a neck and shoulder massage! Great touch. Also, I’d like to give kudos to the owner that walked me to my car with his umbrella when he noted that I didn’t have an umbrella with me and it started to rain at the end of my mani. That was above and beyond service!

Welcoming and friendly environment. Chi definitely gives you the full pedicure and manicure experience. My pedicures have lasted for 3 weeks — a month looking just as shiny as they did when I left the shop. Even though I live in San Bernardino, when I am able to I make a point to come here for a mani and pedi. There is a younger girl in there who recently gave me a gel manicure and I must admit it is perfection. I highly recommend this place, very clean, reasonably priced, and great service.

My nails look fantastic. Fast clean and I’m so happy with them. Thank you Sam. I had not had my nails done in a few years. I told him make them look nice, because I was indecisive, and that’s what he did, made them look great.

Absolutely amazing! Friendly, caring and all around great. My daughter’s and I have had waxing, nail painting, gel manicures, regular manicures and full sets. Never have been disappointed.
My daughter was being bullied at school and decided to take a razor and shave her eyebrows. Left her with very uneven and bald spots. We went into the spa to see if there was anything they could do. And the wonderful owner walked me and my daughter through getting them wax to even them out. She was beyond caring and supportive throughout the entire process.
My daughter knows she is beautiful I tell her everyday and the lovely ladies at the spa told her as well. It was just an amazing experience to come from such a hurtful event.

This place was just what I needed. I had the gel manicure with a spa pedicure. They were efficient, professional, friendly and I loved the work they did! The price was great too — $ 42 for everything.

This place is fantastic. I’ve been getting my nails done here for over a year and I’m never disappointed. Great staff and wonderful service.

Been coming here for years after trying several salons in the area. Very happy with the service and the atmosphere. Sam does my nails, and a great job too. Full service; eyelashes, waxing, facials and more.

My stylist took his time and have me the exact look I wanted. I can’t wait to come back to try the eyelash extensions.

I treated my two granddaughters (birthdays:12/4 & ¹²⁄₆ – and their mom and aunt to medi-​pedi treatments. Girls had snowflakes and raindeers put on their nails. We had a Ball!!! Worth every penny! Great service!!! Thank you Hawaii Nails, cleanest place in fifty miles!

Not too happy with this place. I walked out with a gouge on my finger & cut on my toe. The customer service isn’t the greatest everyone is very quiet.

I used to come here to get my nails done but I stopped because they started to act like it’s a VIP club, they like to turn down customers even though they’re never busy they demand that you make an appointment. The owner and his wife are friendly but the rest of them forget about it, they give you this impression that you’re an inconvenience to them.
There’s only one person in this shop that can actually do a great job on nails without making you bleed. I do like their gel selections they have a ton of them and the shop is clean. I’ve gotten my nails done by every single one of them here before and if you get the young girl I’m sorry she won’t give you a neck and shoulder rub like they normally do when you get a manicure.
I adopted a new nailshop called victoria nails. Everyone seems to love them. walk ins are welcome they are so friendly and happy no matter how busy they are. They don’t send customers away instead they ask if you don’t mind waiting and people don’t seem to mind cause they’re always packed. My friends and I don’t ever plan on coming back here at hawaii nails. They need to realize the number one complaint about them is their poor customer service. Everyone knows it doesn’t matter how good you are at doing what you do in business if you have poor customer service with snooty attitude your establishment will not last.

We came to this place for the FIRST time and LAST time. We came for two pedicures and was told to come back later because «she» was busy? Really! This is a business, and there was no one waiting to be seen, this place needs to hire more people if they want to give good service. I cannot believe we were turned away. Oh well, never again.

Went in for a quick pedi, very clean instruments and environment which is very important to me as I have gotten infections from other establishments. People were friendly and prices were fair. Good job on my pedi and massage.

Went there for a pedicure with my sister, since I had a gift certificate and she needed her toes done as well. I had a young woman do mine and was very nicely done and did not feel rushed. My sister however had a young man do hers and felt pressured to upgrade or add on things and was rushed through since she did the basic. Also, the cashier, whom we thought was the owner, made the young man say thank you for his tip. I would go back, only if I got that same woman. I just wish I got her name.

Love this place. First pedicure. All instruments were sterile and sealed in bags. Can’t tell you the last time I saw that. While having the most awesome pedi, another girl asked about colors for my nails. She noticed I was indecisive, so she painted each nail of a color I chose so I can see what they would look like. Now for my nails. I needed a fill. I was very unhappy with my last tech from another establishment, my nails looked like I had bricks on them. I was prepared to have full removal and start over. I expressed what I wanted and he said no need for removal. He was AWESOME! My nails came out beautiful! Nice and thin and feminine looking! And the color was beautiful. I would have never chosen that color by the looks of the bottle. These people were very nice and spoke great English. I didn’t have to guess what they were saying. Oh, and I got a eye brow wax as well. I was
extremely happy with my experience here!!!

I’ve been to this place quite a few times and you can pretty much say I’m a regular. While I love their work. I have been in for a few manicures and full sets. There are some things I don’t like about this place. The main thing is that they are not friendly at all and the guy that does my nails seems to not want to do them. He really needs to work on his people skills. I know I’ve been in on my lunch a few times and he has had to rush, but if he can’t do it within the time frame all he has to do is let me know. Also, they need to change their music selection to something more lively or put something on the tv other that Hawaii scenery. When the guy that’s doing your nails doesn’t talk and there’s nothing to watch on the tv. Your trip to the nail salon can be kinda boring. I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere!

First time there, and my LAST time there. I went in for an acrylic removal and he destroyed my nails. It was a painful and the place across the street does a way better job! I will never go back. He over charged me and he was rude the entire time.

Nail guy rude! Never again will th is establishment get my hard earned money! My daughter is a first timer for nails a full set. She accidentally smudged her nails and the guy threw a major fit. Ugh… not happy at all. Made her feel totally bad cause he had to redo her nail again. He was a total jerk.

Nails. Every time I’ve had great service. They’re always friendly and helpful. My nails have looked great each time. They have a big collection of gel manicure colors including OPI colors. The 10% off 9:30. –1:30 happy hour is great on top of already good prices. I recommend visiting them!
