History

Established in 1983.

Joseph A. Schneider started his career working for the esteemed John Britton, and studied directly under the GREAT Dr. Alex Shigo. In 1983 he branched out to found Pacific Tree Care. In 1998 Joe’s son Jacob joined the company, and assumed operations in 2003. Many of our crew members have been with us for up to 20 years and are all personally trained by Joe or Jake. For almost 30 years Pacific Tree Care has served the Napa and Sonoma Counties with a comprehensive approach to tree care to balance the biological needs of the trees with the desires of the clients.

There staff came to start the project and had lunch immediately and then went to sleep in the sun .We had to wake one of them up so we could show where they were supposed to be working .The quote said they would clean up but they did not .The management said they did nothing wrong as the staff needed breaks .They had not even started .So if you use them, provide day beds so they are all comfy. Maybe they will get to your trees.

I agree with the previous poster. Pacific Tree Care does a great job. They work on several of my properties and they are true pros. You know the old saying «you get what you pay for»? Well, with PTC you do and more!

They are not going to be the cheapest, but there is no better outfit than PTC. If you don’t give a crap about your trees, call somebody else. If you want your trees to live long, healthy, pretty, and safe lives, call PTC.
