Very very slow service. After waiting one hour for the attendant to contact card services and get approval the entire shop decides to eat pizza after taking the tire off the car. Two hours of my life waiting on one tire to be replaced. Next time I’m going to Good Year across the street.

I’m writing this as I’m sitting in here. I’m the only person here for an oil change, it’s been an hour. I’ve never had an oil change and tire rotation take this long. The guy up front also has a very bad attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are plenty of other places with MUCH better customer service and can have these things done in a timely matter. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your money on this place.

I am writing this review as I sit here waiting. I’ve been here 3 HOURS for an oil change! This is absurd! When we asked how much longer, they came out with our cabin air filter and talked about how it needed to be changed. Yes, after I’ve sat here as one of 2 customers for 3 hours I would love to shell out more money. I have now wasted 3 hours of my day here. This does not include the managers social hour while my husband was trying to talk to him or the fact that mid conversation the guy answers the phone. RUDE, SLOW, AND TOO EXPENSIVE.

As far as setting the appointment up, everything was easy but my coupon I was supposed to get at the end and print out never came. Then when my husband got there they charged more than what it had said online. Not only that, we scheduled for 11am-and he got there right on time and was told there are a lot of cars ahead of him. What’s the point of an appointment then? My husbands been waiting two hours already for an oil change and inspection and we don’t even know if our car was seen yet! I’m literally writing this review as he’s waiting.

Make sure you know whst you want before you go in here. Do your homework. Avoid the small talk as clearly the customers here are cattle being corralled by an over unfriendly management pool. The only reason there is a second star is because of the products here.
