I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was looking to get a bigger vehicle and I had a Hyundai circle program sheet. After running our credit, George (the «top» salesman) tells me $ 800 a month for a fully loaded Santa Fe when I have a discounted rate due to the circle program! After feeling downed and belittled because of my boyfriend and I’s credit scores (575 & 602) due to him telling me 2+2 will always = 4 and trying to talk me into something else, I finally left. I went the next day to a different Hyundai dealership and ironically with the same company they got me a $ 620 payment for the same exact car except in the color I actually wanted! I guess 2+2 doesn’t always equal 4. :) My best advise to any potential customer is do your homework before you buy from them!

Ran my credit with out my consent ! After I stressed the fact that I was extremely concerned ! Sneaky ! I’m very pissed ! Came in for a refi. Ended up spending 3 hours here for nothing !

This the most unprofessional, impolite and inconsiderate. The service managers are rude should not fee upfront with customers yelling and cursing and mechanical employees then lied to me about my service that was supposed to be performed and was not. I would never ever return to this place ever and I’m going to go to the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to write a letter to corporate of Napleton. I advise that you go somewhere else

I couldn’t be more pleased! This was an simple, easy and painless process! I was and still am overjoyed at how attentive and comforting the experience was. I went to Napleton after another dealership rammed a car down my throat. The other dealership made me believe that I only had one option which was a POS of a car. After my visit with Corrdelro at Napleton I was in a newer car with WAAAAAY less miles!
I could definitely go without all the profanity the unoccupied salesmen were using but overall, Ken, Ray, Skippy and Corrdelro have made be believe that car buying CAN and SHOULD be an easy process. No tears from these pretty almond eyes!

Simple call to this place while I was working a gig at the horseshoe casino. My car had a check engine light on and I needed to have the problem assessed. Called and they said to bring it on. This isn’t my usual Hyundai dealer, but it was the closest to me at the time. Drove here pulled up and service was performed immediately. Besides being prompt and doing a great job, they also washed my car. This is definitely a great place to have your service done. It also helps if you have a warranty, but that was just my luck with a newer model sonata. Needless to say if I need service and I’m in the area, I won’t hesitate to come here at all.
