We were looking to update our flooring throughout the house. Been to 4 flooring locations before my contractor suggested I go to AAA Flooring in Camarillo. Wow! What a difference! As you walk in you are greeted by a fountain and immediately your horizons open up to an incredible selection of flooring. Let me tell you, the 4 places I went to were depressing! Small and smelly, unorganized spaces.
In total, I visited the store/warehouse 3 times as I was going through my elimination process. Every time I went in, I came across friendly and knowledgeable staff.
As I narrowed down on my main wood floor, I took the time and called for pricing. Outside of an internet site that was cheaper by $ 0.05 cents a foot, all other places were 10% to 30% more expensive. As I found out that if I was to buy over the internet, I will lose my warranties, I came happily to AAA Flooring and bought my flooring from them.
I think you will do yourself a disservice if you don’t try them out!

It is my experience and opinion that this company does not stand behind the products they sell. Triple check any warranty they may promise and find out any and all names of materials before you sign anything, then research them. I have received so many different warranty’s and install instructions that I can’t keep them all straight. They will get an «official letter» to say whatever they need to cover their butts. They point the blame at everyone else. There has been zero water in my home to ruin my floors, yet they continue to state that is the cause. I had my cement sealed before I had the floors laid and have had no moister problems whatsoever since the flooring entered my home. I even have official certificates stating there is no moisture in the room. I find it funny that they say they are «here to help» but I have been threatened that if I step a foot onto any of their property I will be arrested for trespassing. I went and was literally crying for help last week. I am not a rich women, I have 3 kids to worry about. I come to a local company for help and BEG for help when my floors, they sold me and I invested all of my money in, fail miserably. And I get threated lawsuits and arrest. Even posting this now, I am sure I will get the «expensive Beverly Hills lawyer» talk again. I have nothing. there is nothing for you to take. I don’t even have a home where I feel comfortable and that my kids can walk around safe anymore. Thank you AAA Flooring Source Feel free to send me a private message.

Beware!!!
The worst place from the owner to customer service to pricing! Signed a contract with the price, owner calls us a few days before install because he decided he wasn’t making enough on our job and his sales associate keyed the numbers in wrong. (Bait & Switch)
Asked us for a lot more money and proceeded to tell us our SALE WAS FINAL because the carpet was at the warehouse. Where we signed states this several times.
Only after the fact does he say we could have backed out. LIES… Worst person and company I have EVER done business with. The lady who helped us left his company and I have heard nothing but horrible things about this company since .
Really sorry I gave this shady unethical business a dime of my money…
Our mistake for not shopping around and thinking we were getting such a good deal on what we were told was top of the line carpet. NOT! Real cheap crap it is.
AT NO TIME WERE WE EVER GIVEN AN OPTION TO BACK OUT, sounds good for him to say now tho. If given the option to back out we surely would have. The best part is he states he made NO money but asked us for another $ 1015.00 dollars.
Why would you ask for over a thousand more dollars and still say you made nothing???
Appalling!
With a Million other places out there trust me GO TO THEM!!!

We bought carpet and kitchen flooring from AAA several years ago and we used their suggested contractors Both contractors did awful work. The recommended laminate for the kitchen all warped when we had a small leak in the dishwasher. AAA should have never recommend laminate for kitchen floor. The contractor also never could get the joints tight. We ripped it out in 6 months. The carpet started to bubble up in places a few months after it was placed and we paid a fortune for it. I would never recommend AAA flooring to anyone

Oh my gosh what is with the attitude. Husband and son went in to Purchase flooring. Older woman, heavy set (I won’t mention any names)
We were serious customers, I sent my husband in with a sample of the type of wood I wanted. For some reason this sales woman gave them both a nasty attitude, until she realized he was serious, then it did get better. Well now I know which color I want, I now know which wood and we are ready to buy, but I will go out of my way to the valley for other help
I researched first and I thought this would be the place. I hope the owners know about their employees, they literally lost our sale. I know we had to buy over 100 boxes $ 2.99 each. It adds up but I guess they don’t need the business.
I gave it 2 stars for the color and price but not worth dealing with the attitude
Frustrating. I’m also wondering why so many of the reviews are months old

What a difference in flooring stores. My wife and myself shopped for a good amount of time (it was my wife’s idea) and it seemed they were all the same except for AAA flooring in Camarillo. . AAA offered great prices but more important to us was GREAT service and honesty. Jim offered that right away, sadly Jim is no longer there but Tanya picked up where he left off and was wonderful to work with as well. Great selection and timely. They introduced us to Raymond of R J Flooring as the installer. We could have shopped for someone else but his reputation and recommendation was good for a try. This guy «Raymond» the owner and installer from R J flooring is the «floor whisperer». We had concerns about moisture in our sub floor, this was an issue he has dealt with before and put or minds at ease .He and his staff are wonderful. Efficient, on time, excellent workmanship, a delight to be around. His pricing was also great. He has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist in my opinion when it comes to his work. I could brag more on both the store and Raymond, but I believe I have made my point… Thanks again «boys»

We went to many tile stores looking for a high end porcelain tile that looked like stone. All the local places often gave us the cold shoulder, and never had the time to educate us and answer our questions. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of shopping locally and supporting my local small business colleagues.
We only had Sunday available to look again for tile and we were was surprised to see they were open. After reading the not so favorable reviews online were almost blew off going to AAA flooring.
I am glad we went!
Tonya was super friendly and took the time to educate us about our options for the tile in our new bathroom/shower. She went above and beyond what we expected. She took the time to show us all our options and listened to what we wanted. We ended up using 3 different tiles coming up with exactly what we wanted.
The tile arrived today (earlier than promised) and everything looks good! The tile matches the product we choose from on display. I will be getting my new shower tomorrow!
Their warehouse employee was super nice, and was very efficient in loading my tiles in my car for me.
I wish I knew about AAA flooring when we remodeled our house 8 years ago. I will be coming here again for any home remodel project!

I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with AAA’s quality of product and great customer care. I was unsure exactly what tile I wanted to install and Jim was extraordinarily insightful as to which type would best fit my kitchen area. He was able to not only speak in depth about which tile was most functional, but also whether it would be aesthetically pleasing! I had been looking around for the best deals and I have to say that AAA takes the cake. Their recommended installers are also highly dependable and I have to say, did a stupendous job! I would have been lost without them. I highly recommend AAA to all!

Tanya and Jim are jewels. They were both very patient with me as I tried to make a decision on the type of flooring I wanted, knowing that this would probably be the last flooring I ever install. They were very helpful helping me in my choices and offering me two installers numbers to call. The installers gave me bids on the amount of product I would need and the cost to install. Once I made a decision the installer and his crew did a fabulous job. I couldn’t be happier with RJ Flooring out of Oxnard. There was a mix up in my flooring order, but AAA made it right. I would recommend AAA Flooring and especially the sales people, Tanya and Jim.

We went into AAA MANY times as we searched for our wood floors. The woman that helped us each trip showed us nothing but patience as we came in and out. We checked out MANY wood samples to bring home and asked the same questions to verify we got the same answer. When it was time to order, they worked with us on the price and brought it down significantly for the wood and the adhesive. After I installed some of it, one of their installers came by to give me some pointers and to help me do a better job (at no cost to us). Their prices were lower than the 3 other places we checked for the same wood and what we found online. If you are installing your own floors, this is the place to go. If you need them installed by someone else, i can’t really comment becuase I did not do that.
Their facility is basically a warehouse and it is a bit loud and dark so I dock them 1 star for that. But I found their service and prices make them worthy of 4 stars. We will probably go to them for the rest of our flooring anytime we need it.

bad customer service. they are the supplier, you still need to get a person out to do the install. they have guys they work with, but they won’t give you their contact until your bought flooring. but how do you know what to get and how much, etc without a professional coming to your home? jerks. awful service model. they rather see a buck than a happy customer

I brought my sample of granite and cabinets in to look for floor tile for my kitchen remodel not knowing what direction to go with color choice. Bob was a tremendous help in choosing the right color and tile, he hit it out of the park for me. My contractor ended up being way too expensive on the tile installation, so I called AAA Flooring Source to get a price for installation and they were so reasonable I scheduled with them. They were able to get to the job the very day I needed them. Bill, the installer was great. He showed up on time and got the job done just beautifully. I am completely satisfied with this company, their expertise, friendliness and professionalism. Would recommend them without hesitation!

This place is the absolute best place to buy flooring! Huge selection of tile, wood, stone, vinyl, carpet, bamboo etc; sales people who are NOT sleazy; great prices!!! —They let you take out flooring samples to view in your home to your heart’s content. You can also choose to use one of their flooring installers, or one of your own.
Bob Carr, the general manager, there is the best. This is the ONLY place I will ever buy flooring from.
