Hi, my name is Jonathan Wisniewski. I have been with Big Brand Tire & Service since March, 2009. And the Store Manager at this location since October, 2011. I participate as an acting member of the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce, since December 2011. I’ve also worked as the Assistant Manager and Sales Representative in other Big Brand Tire & Service locations. I am dedicated to providing the absolute best customer service for everyone who walks through our doors. Great and professional service ! Juan and the big brand tire team really did an exceptional job. Normally I do all my mechanical work but unfortunately I don’t have a tire press. Id trust these guys to work on my mustang anytime. Service was fast and reasonably priced I’ll be coming back to BBT on Dawson next time.

Totally unacceptable service! I have been a loyal customer for years for my three vehicles and have never had such a lame effort. I scheduled a noon appointment for a one rideflat tire replacment and possible alignment. I arrived on time and asked for the additonal four tire alignment if I could get the car back by 1:30. The service associate said it should be no problem since I already had an appointment and they’ll get right on it. I waiting on site until 1:30 when another service associate came in the waiting room and asked if I wanted an alignment done. This made me furious. I paid for the tire and left. I couldn’t this experience. Management has gone from great to absolute rock bottom. Will have to find another place and tell all my local friends.
Later that afternoon, I did receive a call from Sean apologizing for this issue and said he would give us a $ 100 check for our trouble. A few days later, we did receive the check that will cover the alignment cost. Appreciate the check Big Brand Tire to make things right but would’ve been more happy with the alignment last week.

As of the week prior to Christmas, I’ve been in 3 times during 2015 for various service, and I’m definitely going back to the Big Brand Tire & Service in Camarillo whenever my cars or trucks need something. Based on their name, I had not realized (when I’d been driving by) that they provide full service auto repair/​service AND tires. Then a friend recommended them for auto repair, and I (too) found that they’re terrific in every way. Every time, Ryan (the manager) as well as Sean or Juan made sure my car received the products it needed (tires, oil & filter change, fuel pump) within the appointment time period that had been scheduled or as quickly as I needed. The fuel pump was their biggest challenge — to figure out why the vehicle wasn’t starting, get the part delivered, and get it installed ALL in one afternoon without an appointment (I was going on Christmas vacation the next day, with THAT vehicle, and the fuel pump suddenly stopped working) — even when they happened to be understaffed that day AND had a lot of other customers with pre-​Christmas service needs. They made sure it got done. They came through for me when I absolutely needed it, and apparently for all other customers that day too. It was pretty amazing. Also, their waiting room has a big screen TV, coffee, free WIFI and a computer too, so waiting time goes by more easily. Yes, the manager, service & mechanic team, customer-​service values/​culture AND the repair & services capabilities at Big Brand in Camarillo really are as good as it gets.

Needed 2 new tires ASAP because of rain. Needed a good deal somewhere close. When I called, I believe Robert helped me, he was extremely nice and knew what he was talking about. He didn’t hassle me into buying expensive tires and gave me what I needed. When I arrived, I even showed up a few minutes late, but they were still extremely nice and professional. I was told it would take about 2 hours to finish everything, but they got it done in 1hour. My car is riding really smooth now and they did an excellent job. I will be returning.

Very happy with Juan at Big Brand on Dawson in Camarillo. We had made plans to have tires replaced on our sons vehicle while we were in town visiting. As it turned out his vehicle needed a few additional items to be inspected and replaced. The prices quoted were reasonable for the work that was done. Juan was polite and friendly. We will happily have our son return in the future.

Great service! Friendly customer service on phone. Same once arrived (different person than on the phone). I was 15 min early for my appt, and they took my car in. They were able to repair/​patch my tire in leas than the 45 min quoted or right about that since i was early. And the whole thing was free! It doesnt get better than that ;)

Kyle was very helpful getting new tires and the best oil change for my daughter’s car. The wait time was shorter than other big brand tire stores and on a Saturday with no appointment my car was ready to be picked up. Ryan the store manager has a great team.

Service Failure, and I hadn’t even gone in yet.
I made an appointment on their web site. Actually I made 2 appointments, one for my car and one for the wife’s car. They called and told me that I would need to reschedule to earlier in the day to take care of me. I said that is a problem because I was coming in on my lunch break for an oil change.
They only offer a discount on an oil change on Tue — Thursday. I asked if I could still get the discount on another day since they had made the mistake of double booking the time. They said no.
OK I said cancel my appointments then since I cannot come in when it is convenient for them and they won’t make up for their error at another time. Fine they said your appointment is canceled.
Now it is the next day and they send me email telling me that my original appointment is confirmed. So I call them and ask if they have had a cancellation and they remade my appointment for me. No they said I do not have an appointment.
Is it too much to ask that they figure out how the heck to make an appointment and not send emails telling people they have an appointment when they don’t?
They are very cavalier about customer service, and if they can’t even make an appointment why would I think they can change my oil?

Just brought my VW Toureg in. I had a huge screw in my drivers side front tire. They fit me right in and patched it in like 30 minutes.
The best part, they didn’t charge me for it. That’s what I call service!
They are very courteous and even have a lounge with desks and computers to work on while you wait. Free wifi and coffee.
This place rocks.
