This is the store to go for cute baby clothes, especially when they are having great sales, and word of advice join the rewards program as you get coupons via your mobile phone or email, all you do is give the cashier your email or phone number and your account pops up and lets them know if you are eligible for any additional discounts.
I was shopping for my friends baby who was born a month and a half early, of course I’m in the mood to spoil, and Carters was able to exceed my expectations, I was able to get her a 4 outfits for a very reasonable prices, as they were offering door-​buster sales on sets.
The sales clerks were very pleasant given the fact they were in the midst Christmas Craziness, but I will say that the payment process of the buttons the customers need to press in order to pay seems to be holding up the lines quite a bit.
I give the staff a A+ for handling the chaos of Christmas shoppers with class, and a C– to the payment process of making purchases.
Would it stop me from going back? No, but I will remember to do my shopping after Christmas next time.

Even though the prices here are usually only a little cheaper (if at all) than the prices you can find in retail stores, the selection more than makes up for it. You can find everything Carter’s makes in every size. They also put out the seasonal items sooner than you see them in Babies R Us or the department stores.
