FrastFrame in Camarillo opened in 1988 and Debbie Rice has been the owner since 1994.

I am a 3^rd generation resident of Camarillo and my husband Joe and I raised our 2 children here. I have been a member of the Chamber of Commerece since I opened and have been a board member for 3 years. I was voted Entrepreneur of the year for 2007 – 2008 Top Ten Community Awards. I am actively involved in the Camarillo Old Town Association and on the Camarillo Art & Jazz executive committee.
