Camarillo Optometry takes care of all your vision needs from needing a routine exam for glasses (we have hundreds of frames to choose from) to taking care of that red eye that just started. We do specialize in Orthokeratology (OrthoK) and other complicated contact lens fittings such as kerataconus and post Lasik.

Orthokeratology allows for clear vision all day without glasses while only wearing lenses while you sleep. A big advantage for children is that it significantly slows down, if not stops, their myopia (nearsightedness) from getting worse each year. You don’t have to accept stronger glasses every year.

History

Established in 1984.

Dr. Anderson founded Camarillo Optometry where he wanted to live — in the city of Camarillo. The practice has evolved over the years until it now can take care of all your vision care needs.

Dr. Anderson is a Fellow of the Orthokeratology Academy of America, specializing in this unique mode of vision correction.

Dr. Anderson has been active in the community, having served on the Board of The Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo, the Rotary Club of Camarillo and as President of the Tri County Optometric Society. He is happily married with three grown children.
