Hugh Knapp (1921 – 2007), and Robert O’Dell (1924 – 1998) founded the law firm in 1951. Knapp, O’Dell & MacPherson PLLC is currently comprised of dedicated and experienced Camas Attorneys: David Schultz (partner/​member), Shawn MacPherson (partner/​member), and Roger Knapp (Of Counsel).

Business Owner

David Schultz joined the firm in 2003. He has been a partner/​member since 2006. He completed his Degree in Biology at Carroll College, and obtained the Degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Willamette University College of Law. During his time at the firm, David has gained extensive trial and litigation experience. He has successfully litigated criminal and civil matters in District Court, Superior Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Washington Supreme Court.
