Very nice staff! & pedi massage was WONDERFUL (just a little short;) — but I was there after closing. They stayed open, did a great job and even accommodated another customer as I was leaving! Only other recommendation is to update or add cushion to massage chair (was a bit worn).

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done. Walked in and was asked what I was looking for. I told them I wanted a full set. They said okay and sat me at a table. After about twenty minutes or playing on my phone and not being helped at all I asked how much longer it would be. She asked me if I could wait for twenty minutes. Bad communication! I unfortunately will not be returning to this place!

Nice people. But the lady did a terrible job on my manicure and it took FOREVER. The price was insance as well. I got a mani and pedi and eyebrow wax and it was $ 87.00!!! I ended up clipping my glitter tips off less than 24 hours after getting them because they were done so poorly. Won’t go back.

Staff is friendly. One of the examples of shellac had gold glitter on the tip. I asked how much for the extra and she told me 3 dollars. The example looked much better and had a lot of ‘bling’ on the tip. My nails did not. It did take a long time to complete the look (30 mins) and then they charged me an extra 10.00 for the tips, when they had said only 3.00. The paint job in general was great and she took her time for it to look perfect. I will go back, but I will stick to normal paint jobs next time. Oh, my toes looked great too.

I let one of the ladies talk me into an eyebrow wax. She removed half my eyebrow and ripped the skin off above both brows. Dermatology appt 120.00. Latisse to re-​grow my right eyebrow 125.00 then she boldly insulted my intelligence by claiming she only used Clinique. There is not one Clinique product in the back wax room. Stay away from her! One the other hand, there is one lady there who does the very best Shellac nails in the area. Regardless, I don’t think I want to support their business in any way.

I had a 10 AM appointment to get my nails filled. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I got there, they took my aunt first (we both made the appointment for the same time), and they left me sitting there for 50 minutes without ever saying a word to me. Extremely bad customer service. My aunt got her nails filled and they were uneven and bumpy. I will never go back to this place again.
