I’ve been a patient of Dr. Seaman for the better part of almost 10 yrs. His receptions staff has been changed many times but they’re in my opinion always welcoming and respectful. Dr. Seaman has a heavy patient load but most of th e times he is very understanding and will take the time out to work with either your schedule and or budget. He and I go way back and even though we don’t always agree, he’s extended himself to me many times and for that I’m grateful. There have been times when the insurance companies dictated one thing and he and Angie gave me the option of making the choice that was best for me. Outside of Dr. Seaman there’s Dr. Udall. Let me say that this is perhaps one of few offices where they don’t send you outside for extractions and surgeries etc because Dr. Udall is pretty good at what he does. His methods can sometimes be a little much for me because I happen to have a very sensitive mouth but the quality of his work is excellent so I put up with it. The support staff is really amazing. They have a pretty demanding work load and I know it’s not easy. Even there tends to be a high rotation Emmy and Gavin have been there for some time so that speaks to their character. As has th hygienist. Angie usually handles the finance portion and she was unfortunately recently let go so I’m not sure who handles it now and Claudette is no longer their. They are going through some changes in terms of office management and even though I don’t care much for the consultant my relationship with Dr. Seaman and the staff matters to me. I would definitely recommend this office for most of your routine cleaning, extractions, post, crowns etc because that I have em had experience with and again the quality of the work is great. There isn’t an Orthodontist on site but they’ll refer you to one close by.

Do not go here. I had the worst route canal experience. I had a cavity plus an exposed nerve and the dentist didn’t even realize I had a cavity! I called Dr. Seamon to ask for a pain medicine to hold me over until my appointment, he told me it’d be the same as taking Motrin(true) but he did not tell me to take 4 at time in order to double up on the strength. I was taking 2 at a time and was still in pain. Dr. Seamon has to control everything about his business(annoying) — when the receptionist calls to confirm your appointment and you cannot make it, he gets on the phone to convince you to do otherwise. This is not the principals office, Mr. S. He thinks he is «serving the community» however I beg to differ. My aunt got dentures here, she told him it hurts, the fit isn’t right, but he told her stop complaining! Her bad for even going back, I refuse. Their equipment is outdated. Getting x-rays are painful. I feel like when you tell Dr. Seamon something is uncomfortable or that you’re in pain, he has this look on his face ‘stop complaining’. They should be more adherent to sensitive mouths. This is just my experience that I’m sharing. I will never ever return. Good luck if you decide to go.
