History

Established in 1990.

Our house was built in 1897 by George Fogerty and is one of the largest examples of Boston’s traditional three-decker homes. Inspired by our love of our guests at our A Bed and Breakfast in the Berkshires near Tanglewood, we opened our home to guests in Cambridge. About half of our guests are international. Our guests are scientists, scholars, politicians, researchers, artists, musicians, parents of students at Harvard and MIT, as well as tourists from every continent; one even spent a year in Antartica!
