Established in 2011.

The D&R Construction Company was founded back in 2011 by two Wentworth Institute of Technology Students who excelled in both their Construction Management studies, and their field work. Both Owners started from the bottom of the industry, worked hard to climb their former company rankings, and ultimately into owning their very own construction company. Allow us to show you just how hard the journey was to get to this point, and to prove to you that we will truly work just as hard to earn your business day in and day out.

Meet the Business Owner

Eric D.

Business Owner

Eric first started in the Construction Industry at the age of 15. He landed his first job working for a General Contractor who worked within the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He started as a simple laborer and worked his way up to managing the company by the age of 20. Throughout this time Eric would work weekends and off hours during school semesters. He would work full time during summer break and vacation weeks. In his mid teens, Eric would be busy racking up 100 hour work weeks while his friends were enjoying their summer break.

Eric Graduated High School with a perfect 4.0 GPA, and excelled in his studies at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. He earned his bachelors degree in the field of Construction Management. Upon Graduating, Eric parted ways with his former employer, in order to focus on his own Company, D&R Construction. Since opening back in 2011, it has been quite the journey for both Eric and his Co-​Owner Thomas.
