Since 1985, Attorney Daniel C. Roache has guided individuals, families and businesses through life’s legal issues. A well respected practitioner in Massachusetts state courts, Attorney Roache has represented countless individuals and businesses at difficult times in their lives. He has litigated hundreds of cases to successful conclusions including complex divorce cases, civil matters in Superior Court involving major personal injury cases, workplace injury matters and Social Security Disability claims. «At my Law Office, I try to distinguish myself from other law firms not only by the nature of my practice, but also by the responsiveness and depth with which I attend to client needs. Dan Roache was admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts in 1985 after graduating from Boston University School of Law. Prior to Law School, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science at Tufts University in 1980 where he was on the track and cross country teams and wrote for the student newspaper and literary magazine.
Since 1985, Dan has practiced before the District, Superior and Probate Courts in Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable and Worcester counties, as well as the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.
Dan has handled numerous complex matters involving personal injury, workers compensation and other civil matters. He has tried cases in the Superior Court before twelve person juries and in the District Court before six person juries. He has represented injured workers in the Department of Ind
