At NGIN we offer work environment that is collaborative, inspiring and stimulating. Our office allows our members to meet and interact with each other by sharing working space in the collaborative community. As a result of our open workspace, our members have the opportunity to collaborate with like-​minded people leading to new business development ideas.

We offer wide range of memberships options from 1 day to 12 month and able to accommodate individuals and groups of varies sized in a hybrid of communal and dedicated space.

Currently interning at NGIN. Love the staff, love the area and love the office at self. After getting to know the community as a whole, I come to work 5 days a week with a smile on my face.
Both Olga and Joan (higher ups) doing an excellent job at accommodating new clients, as well as making the current clients feel cared for too. Events, events & events. They happen if not every week, but every other week. No one is ever left out.
Love this place. I’m even trying to promote it to my university so that new alums can rent an office space here.

I had a fantastic experience at NGIN. I rented a hot desk, so I sat out in the main open floor plan area but it was never distracting or too loud. That said, it doesn’t feel like a library either (which was an issue in an office I worked at previously) — the low-​key bustle of the place provides the perfect backdrop to feel like you’re working amongst dozens of your peers, even if your company is based thousands of miles away like mine.
And, crucially, the Wi-​Fi never falters.
The perks are also awesome — free coffee, tea, seltzer, and loads of snacks put out in the common kitchen area. You’ve got to be quick, because things sometimes get snatched up, but all the freebies give you a great reason to get up, stretch your legs, and see what’s new to munch on. Also, every Wednesday they host a quick, 15-​minute CrossFit WOD which is cool if you’re into that. And there’s a shower down the hall that’s great for cleaning up if you do the WOD or commute in by bike.
All in all, this is a fantastic spot to get work done happily and comfortably. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

This place makes you feel like you’re working from home. While they provide all the expensive tools of a well-​equipped office, the space is beautiful and comfortable. Forget the days of flickering fluorescent lights, stale air and stale co-​workers. NGIN is full of smart, friendly people, big windows that span all of the windows (and lots of natural light), a well-​stocked kitchen with a VITAMIX, and lots of plants, comfy couches, and nice desks. They have lots of conference rooms, phone booths, and more white boards than you could ever dream of filling– no matter how complex your problems might be. The staff is always available, very helpful and extremely accommodating. Want unsweetened almond milk in your coffee? They’ll stock the fridge with it. Want yoga classes? They’ll schedule them in for Thursday afternoons (and invite everyone– even Kristie, an amazing yoga instructor who works full time in the office with Lighter). Olga will take you through a CrossFit workout on Wednesdays and all their food and beverage sponsors and partners will make sure you’re well nourished. NGIN workplace made our start up possible, and they make going into work every day a real treat. I can’t recommend it enough!

NGIN graciously hosted our company’s 100 person salon discussion/​cocktail reception event and it was a fabulous turnout! The conference room is the perfect balance of spacious and intimate for a speaker and/​or presentation and the kitchen area is unique in décor and versatile in layout. Olga and Joan were extremely accommodating and helpful and our guests loved walking around exploring the space. This collaborative workplace is totally transformable into an event space and we hope to use NGIN again in the future!

I had a team meeting there and we were very well impressed! Friendly and efficient services — Jean and Lori were the best! Great location and space. Free snacks and coffee was a plus. We did not have much time to meet the community and mingle, but we are definitely going back to do some work there and leverage the knowledge housed.

We launched our official Cre8Cafe event at NGIN on Feb 13. Our event was an afternoon of partner yoga, photography in action and sample superfoods. Olga and Joan were excellent and they were very helpful. The conference room has large open windows and a view of Cambridge. NGIN is not sterile, the colors are bright yet comfortable, it’s got great vibes, modern yet with a flare.
The kitchen area was well stocked with healthy snacks. I didn’t check out their fridge, but I heard they are to die for! The staff was friendly and facilities were awesome. They have flexible rental that includes day passes, so if you are in town for a short time for a visit, you can use their space instead of forking out a whole month of rent and paperwork, who needs that, really? I’ve worked in a bunch of shared workspaces and I am super impressed with NGIN. You get a lot and not have to pay a lot.
Every time I was there, I didn’t have a hard time looking for street parking, which is a plus because if you go further down in Kendall, parking gets scarce. NGIN is across from Tatte for coffee/​dessert and next door is Mulin, yummy Taiwanese food. Not to mention Lord Hobo, one of my fav local beer spot. And you can’t go wrong with Emma’s pizza, Hungry Mothers, Blue Room, etc.
You are also close to Cambridge’s groovy Central Square and eclectic Inman Square with a huge selection of ethnic food, vegetarian restaurants, bars, gyms, etc. I would highly recommend the space for work, fun, play and hangout. Check it out for yourself.

This co-​working space is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and the facility is gorgeous. It is in a new building with a lot of great light with a wonderful set up, great for teams of all sizes. They have set it up so you can practically live there with food available all the time, and activities to keep your mind and body active. I recommend it to everyone looking for office space.

Wonderful conference on oct 7th and big success ! 70 participants from Italy, France and US for this presentation on Global Start up, with the mayor of Lyon, in France. Olga and Joan always find an answer to your request, and the room is clean, bright, and very well equipped… NGIN is the perfect place and it’s team make the perfect job.

9am-​5pm, 5 days a week is a lot of time you are spending in one place and so it’s worth your while to find a space that is beautiful and welcoming! NGIN is all of that and more — from the homey kitchen that is always stocked with the best foods (i.e. Fage yogurt, fresh fruit and veggies, expresso machine, etc.) to the big windows and glass walls that gives the space a super open feel. Not to mention, NGIN is in Central Square (one T-​stop from Harvard and MIT) and the people who work there are super cool and friendly. NGIN is a great working space for anyone, and I could not be happier with my experience there!
