Established in 2012.
RFP is a gym in E. Cambridge dedicated to helping clients and athletes of all ages and ability levels get stronger and better conditioned. We accomplish this by combining top-notch coaching and programming with the HOTTEST training tools on the market today, in a supportive and challenging environment. Our goal is to educate, motivate, and inspire our community to achieve optimal levels of health, performance, and body composition that is sustainable for life.
We welcome clients and athletes who are serious about their training, patient in their practice, and committed to the process of long-term development to accomplish their goals.
