I first discovered Royal Cleaners on Unilocal a few years ago when I needed to get a dress dry cleaned for a wedding and they were able to get my dress to me in time and sent a text message when they were ready. When we had a fire in our apartment building, Royal Cleaners were able to get the smoke small out of our clothing and some leather goods.
I started using them for weekly dry cleaning and wash and fold services and they have made the process so convenient. My fiancé texts the owner (I’m assuming) and coordinates a pickup time every week since our schedules vary from week to week and Royal Cleaners has always accommodated us.
There are probably three to four dry cleaners between us and Royal Cleaners but they have always been our first choice!

I wish I found Royal Cleaners earlier! The owner is warm and enthusiastic and the service is quick and fairly priced. Best of all, there is free pickup and delivery on orders over $ 20! I once came by when the owner was out delivering orders and you can leave your clothes in the shoe repair store next door.

Amazing service. They texted when my clothes were ready and they offered to deliver when they realized I was walking and had a lot to carry. Their dry cleaning got out stains that my previous dry cleaner did not. Very conveniently located and friendly family owned business. This will definitely be my go to dry cleaner in Cambridge!

Hands down the best laundry service I’ve ever had. I have been using them for almost a year. Steven picks up my laundry bag and drops it off for me with literally 5 minutes notice, I text him and he appears. Amazing service, incredibly friendly staff, and overall extremely convenient.

Although I’ve been a long time Unilocal user, Royal Cleaners’ service has inspired me to post my first Unilocal review because I love spreading the word on local businesses that are not only new but provide excellent service.
I’ve been living in Harvard Square for four years and have been disappointed by every dry cleaner I’ve tried thus far, so I was excited to try this new place out. I’ll be honest though, at first I had qualms about going here because it doesn’t look like your average dry cleaners with exposed clothes hanging on conveyors, etc. Nonetheless, I’m glad I tried Royal Cleaners because they really aren’t your average cleaners in the best way possible; their service is a breath of fresh air and has been by far the best experience I’ve had.
The person I interfaced with (the owner I believe) is incredibly charming and helpful. Their service is fast and efficient and the best part is that they text me when my stuff is ready for pickup. I also appreciate the fact that their whole system is digitalized/​automated and that they provide a nice laundry bag with a bar code so I can easily drop my stuff off with speed the next time I need cleaning done. No more stuffing my clothes in old plastic bags /​boxes to drop off my stuff!
