When I go to these Vitamin Shops, I usually take what needs to get replaced along with me. I came here and did bring in my old bottles. I remember it was the same person working there as the last time I had been to this location. I asked the young man for help. I did tell him that I was allergic to gelatin and for him to please look at the ingredient as he gets me the fresh bottle to make sure they have not added gelatin to the new bottles. Sure enough when I brought my purchases home I saw one of the supplement that I had just picked up did have gelatin listed as its first ingredient. I find this extremely irresponsible. When an employee represents a shop and customer asks for help as I had, then he should have been more carful with the help that he gave me. This is not the customer care and service I’ve gotten so used to from these vitamin shops!

Nice, new convenient spot where you no longer have to worry where to park, unlike in Harvard Square. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean store. Recommend checking it out.

This vitamin shoppe is a little smaller than their stores normally are. Parking was easy and free. My issue with this particular store is I went here looking for a product and both bottles they had on the shelf were expired. Make sure you check the expiration date.

This vitamin shop has a lot of really good deals with 50% off a lot of items. Although this vitamin shop location isn’t as large as some others there are a lot of items here that you can’t find elsewhere. Most of the items in the store are on sale when I come in. I usually check here and check online so that if I find a good price here I can buy it here instead of waiting for shipping online.
